Hi, I deposit RM4003.98 to my RM WALLET accordingly to the details in the list, and uploaded the receipt as proof transaction, and this early morning I got the status marked as CANCELLED, SYSTEM ERROR.
Been try to chat in the app but nobody respond.
What should I do now? How to get bank my money?
