Popular South African social media NFT marketplace Momint is to kick start their lauch after massive profits were made in the Bryan Habana NFT auction. The auction was carried out during the trial phase of the marketplace, and it already earned the Rugby player over $10,000.
The online auction consisted of over 800 participants of 25 different nationalities.
The Momint marketplace has an interface similar to various social media platforms, and a good example is Instagram. With investor Rob Hersov backing the platform and a solid funding program, the company is valued at over $2 million.
The overall build of the Momint platform as social media interphase was to ease the dual function of an added NFT marketplace. The platform currently supports Bitcoin and Ethereum as well as Fiat currencies.
