The sentence on the fraudster that initiated the celeb spruiked ICO must be harsh: says the prosecutors.

The federal prosecutors (the United States) are given their best to ensure that the Central tech founders are heavily imprisoned. This is because this company offered some coins in 2017, and the coin failed even though people like DJ Khaled and May Weather were part of the promoting team.

Major updates

  • The co-founder of the Central Tech scam, Robert Joseph, may be sentenced to prison
  • This would serve as a warning to every other people who want to commit any unlawful crime.
  • The action will give the honest investors that their money would be secured anywhere it's been kept.
  • There is a need to sentence them to prison to pass a strong message to the public and other people who want to follow their path.
  • After pleading guilty, the government wants the culprit of the 25 million USD scam, Farkas, to face a prison sentence.

One of the top reasons why the government is on top of the matter is that Central Tech told the public a lie that they have got a licensing agreement with top brands like MasterCard and visa.

They lied to hype their crypto and talk about their crypto features, which led to their crypto's endorsement by some top celebrities.
Time keeps counting, and Farkas is still roaming despite being part of the crime worth millions of dollars.

The best way to prevent escalation of a crime is to execute judgement and punish the offenders so as to serve as deterrent to others. If the culprits are not punished, anarchy will prevail and scams will be all over places because everyone would be doing the same. The case of Central Tech founder is obtaining under false pretence as established by the Court and the disastrous implications are that public funds have been mismanaged or embezzled causing a great economic hardship on investors. Now that the offender has confessed to the crime, he should be made to face the music.
