Please why can't I transfer my $12 Btc from remitano wallet

I never knew remitano was expensive like this. The transfer fees is greater than the amount of what I want to withdraw. Please do anyone know what I can do I need my money please. Am just a poor guy that depends on this little money for survival 😭😭😭😭
