This event will be split into two phases fo increase you chance of winning more rewards!

The 1st Phase of the birthday countdown and it runs from June 20th to July 14th, 2024.

The 2nd Phase of the birthday countdown will start from 20th July to 30th August 2024.

During each phase, there's an equal chance to win a share of the total prize pool worth up to $30,000 prize pool and Remitano Special Gift boxes.

4. BIRTHDAY COUNTDOWN RULES

• Remitano will give rewards on a “First Come, First Served” basis, so players who click and finish their missions early will most likely win more prizes. More than 10,000 winners who complete the task will claim the designated prize.

• All the missions will be open simultaneously so users can complete them as fast as possible. The top 10 users who complete the 10 missions fastest will win a prize of an exclusive birthday gift set.

• All missions will stay available until Jul 14, so users can still complete a missed mission before the countdown expires.

• Thousands of prizes, including big wins of $100, rewards up to $30,000, and exclusive branded gifts await you to explore.

5. HOW TO CLAIM REWARD

Remitano will email the first 10,000 qualified participants between July 15th and 25th, 2024, with details about the reward they have received and detailed instructions on how to claim it.

How to claim your Branded Gift Reward:

• Participants will receive an email containing a link to a form for providing their contact details and address within 7 days after Remitano announces the winners.
• Remitano will notify winners when we ship their gifts within 10 days of receiving their information.

How to claim your USDT Cash Reward:

• The pool prize winners will receive their reward automatically in their Remitano wallet within 7 working days after the campaign.

7. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Remitano Users need KYC Level 2 to receive rewards from the program.

A. General Rules

• Based on the game's results, Remitano will send the reward directly to the player's Remitano wallet. In case of a complaint, Remitano will settle it based on fairness and the game's results. Remitano has the right to make the final decision.

• In case of detecting a player showing signs of abnormality or cheating, Remitano has the right to stop the player's participation in the program without prior notice. Remitano can refuse to pay the prize or withdraw part or all of the award if a customer's fraudulent behavior is detected. In all cases, Remitano has the right to make the final decision.

• If there is any discrepancy between the information displayed on the player's app and Remitano's system, the final decision will be the basal situation; the program rules may be adjusted or terminated at the discretion of Remitano during the duration of the ped on information from Remitano's system.

B. Conditions for Participants

• Players must fully follow the instructions and comply with the Organizer's regulations.

• Players must keep photos and posts made for the Remitano Birthday Countdown up for at least two weeks after the contest.

• Participants must keep pictures and posts made public for easy verification.

• The program applies to all Remitano users using the latest version of Remitano’s Mobile App or Remitano’s Website.

• The program does not apply to citizens under 18 years old.

C. Rules for Receiving the Reward

• Remitano users need eKYC Level 2 to receive rewards from the program.

• Players must complete the information provided entirely and accurately. The Organizer is not responsible for incorrect information provided.

• Rewards must comply with Remitano's regulations.

D. Regulations on the Rights and Obligations of the Organizing Committee.

• The Organizer has the full right to use the players' names and content (articles, images) for advertising, communication, and other commercial purposes without paying any cost. These commercial purposes include promotion on social networks, online promotion (PR, Online Ads, Website), and media promotion (film, newspaper advertisement).

• The organizers are obliged to keep the personal information provided by players confidential.

E. Other Rules

• The Organizer reserves the right to stop, adjust, or change the program's content and terms before the end of the program and notify the updated terms on the Remitano fan page.

• The Organizing Committee can shorten or extend the duration of the program based on their discretion.

• The program may end earlier than expected when the promotional budget is exhausted.
