The Philippines' SEC issued a formal warning about the "edge mining" Mining City firm Bitcoin (BTC), urging the public to keep the scheme and those like that open. The price of a similar cryptocurrency is rising amid the official criticism. The alert identifies the firm as a non-licensed company in the country. It states that they are not "conforming to the virtual currency trading guidelines.For virtual exchanges of currencies, "stating:
"The above-mining, as mentioned above, explicitly indicates that the new investor's capital will be used to pay 'flawed gains' to those who first invested." " "
The contact also named Gregory Rogowski, CEO of Mining City, Anthony Aguilar, Team Leader, and Jhon Rey Gray, Facebook Page Admin as primary workers engaged in that initiative – who will all now be reporting to the Internal Revenue Office to be examined on their tax evaluations.
The company provides three-year cloud mining packages in which hash power is leased out to customers worth 300 dollars up to 12 600 dollars and is expected to generate up to 92 dollars a day in regular returns. Mining City collaborates with Bitcoin Vault scam maker MineBest, who offers investors BTCV tokens to earn their benefit.
