This follows after Singapore also made a similar move. This will expose public workers to blockchain technology and also make government processes easier.

The Australian Border force takes the lead by collaborating with the Singapore Infocomm Media Development Authority on the 23rd of November to test digital verification systems.

With this move, trading, tracking, storing, and record compliance will become more digital and easier. Digitalization translates to more security and paperless exchanges.

Australian commissioner Micheal Outran stated that the move would integrate paperless trading and secure sensitive data exchange.

The country's government also moved to respond to any looming recession similar to what they had 30 years back.
